On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, the Partnership for College Completion hosted its reception in conjunction with the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) at City Winery in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our guests included PCC staff and board members, higher education professionals from across the country, and various legislators, including special guest and Illinois State Senator, Kimberly Lightford.
